Seafood Lasagna Roll Ups

1 package crab delights
1 c. low fat or no fat cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. onion powder
6 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

In a medium size bowl mash together all the ingredients except for the noodles, sauce and the cheese. Lay the six noodles a next to each other on countertop and spread crab mixture onto 2/3rds of the length of each noodle. Starting on end with crab mixture, roll each noodle up jelly roll style and place seam side down in a lightly oiled 9 baking pan. Pour sauce over rollups. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings. |
