Macaroni Salad
 |
1/2 lb. cooked macaroni, rinsed & cooled
4 oz. of cheddar & Jack cheese cubes
1/2 c. chopped roasted red pepper strips or pimentos
10 oz. jar of fat free tartar sauce
1/2 c. fat free mayo or salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 green onions sliced

Mix all the ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill. Makes about 6 servings. |
