Easy Creamy Cucumber Salad
 |
4 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced 1 c. lite sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. dill weed

Place the cucumbers in a bowl of ice water for 1 hour. In another bowl mix the remaining ingredients together. Pour water off of cucumbers and dab dry with paper toweling. Add and blend in the sour cream mixture into the cucumbers. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 8. |
