Corn Chowder

3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced peeled potatoes
1 c. diced fully cooked ham
2 c. fresh or frozen sweet corn
1 c. cream-style corn
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) low-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2-1/2 c. skim milk
Pepper to taste
1 Tbs. Chopped fresh parsley

In a saucepan coated with nonstick cooking spray, sauté the onion and potatoes until tender. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes. Makes 8 servings
