Red Cabbage Coleslaw

3 c. red cabbage, shredded
1 medium size carrot, shredded
1 small onion, shredded
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine cabbage, onion and carrot in a medium size bowl. In another bowl mix together remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage; stir. Chill for several hours before serving. Makes about 4 servings. |
