Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. finely grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and sour milk; beat well. In another bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Add to liquid mixture. Add zucchini. Mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Make 24 servings.
