Cheesy Veggie Bake

2 pkgs. (16 oz. each) frozen combination vegetables, containing carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower
1 jar (8 oz.) pasteurized process cheese spread
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup

Thaw frozen vegetables in a colander. When completely thawed, transfer vegetables into a large bowl. Blend cheese and soup in another bowl and pour over vegetables. Pour into a 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
