Baked Mashed Potatoes

5 lbs. potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt or dehydrated onions
1 tsp. salt (omit if using onion salt)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Parsley flakes

In a large bowl, mash or beat all ingredients except for butter and parsley. Place into a 3-quart casserole dish, dot top with butter and sprinkle with parsley flakes. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Makes 15 servings. |
