BBQ Round Steak

1 1/2 lbs. round steak cut into four or six pieces
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar

Brown steak and onions in large frying pan; drain the grease. Put meat into a slow cooker. Mix together the remaining ingredients in a medium size bowl and pour over the meat. Cook round steak on low heat for 6 hours or until meat is tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
