Instructions:
1) Starting from the lip edge of the container, cut slits at an angle as shown by the dotted lines in illustration A.
2) Cut across the bottom of container as shown in Illustration B. When the plant markers are cut off from the container, they should be long triangular pieces.
3) Label you plant markers with a marking pen and insert pointed end into pots or use as temporary plant markers for your garden.
Tip: If you are using the plant makers outside, have the side with the name on it facing away from the sun to avoid names from fading.
The grease pencil, mark-a-lot and the garden marker may resist fading more than a Sharpie permanent marker.
